After-School Art Program Overview

Our after-school art program provides a creative and engaging space for students who love art, offering 1 to 5 days per week of high-quality instruction.

Students can arrive as early as 2:30 PM and must be picked up by 5:30 PM. Transportation from Baker-Butler and Hollymead schools is available.

Program Details:

✅ Open to all students, aligning with the ACPS school calendar
✅ Flexible scheduling: Choose full-time (4-5 days/week) or part-time (3 or fewer days/week). Days can change as needed with your family's schedule.
✅ Automatic monthly payments, first payment secures the spot
✅ $50 one time registration fee

✅ $40 monthly transportation fee

Daily Schedule:

📝 2:45-3:20 – Homework & Snack: Dedicated time for homework support or quiet reading, with healthy snacks provided.
🌿 3:20-4:00 – Outdoor Play: Fun activities like tag, nature walks, and free play to recharge.
🎨4:00-5:00 – Art Time: Hands-on projects exploring different artistic mediums and themes like painting, sculpture, clay, sewing, and seasonal art.
🎭 5:00-5:30 – Clean-up & Free Draw: Wind down with art puzzles, free drawing, and creative play until pick-up.

Cancellation Policy: Any session cancellation must be made in writing 10 business days prior to the start date of the next session. Requests for cancellation received after this deadline are not eligible for refund or cancellation, the full session fee will be due. Refunds are not given for absence or midsession withdrawal. If a child is withdrawn, they will be removed from all future sessions. If a child is withdrawn, he/she may re-register, if space is available, re-enrollment will be subject to all applicable registration fees and tuition. Past due accounts will incur a $20.00 late fee. Services will be suspended for those with outstanding payments of five (5) school days after the due date. Registration will be deactivated, and the student placed at the end of the waitlist. Readmission is subject to space availability and will incur a $20.00 reinstatement fee.
